The ON key can always break a program, and there is no way to disable it.
To lock a program, you need the computer-calculator cable. Transfer your
program to the computer, and open it with the TI-Graph Link software. Check
the box marked "Edit-lock", and send it back to the calculator. Then, it
will show in the EXEC menu, but not the EDIT menu.
