Well, I never took "Basic algebra 2," so I
didn't know that 5^.2 is the square root of
2.  However, in regular algebra, we were taught
that 2^.5 (ie 2^(1/2)) is the square root of 2.
5^.2 is actually 1.3..., not 1.4....

Hmm...
