I can't get Winlink to work on my 286 (don't ask why I'm using a
286...long story).  Whenever I try to send anything to my TI85 or TI92 I
get a "Transmission Error."  I know that the serial port works because I
use it in DOS all the time.  I just can't get it to work in Windows!  The
286 has about 18mb hd space free and 2mb RAM.  Anyone have a solution?
