That's a negligible difference, the same way TI-BASIC Programs slow down
as memory fills up.  If your program is not as processor-intensive as
needs every single cycle, the best instruction is HALT.  Nibbles 85, for
example, I was able to make smaller when I modified it to use HALT, and
it worked on turbo calcs at the same speed. (Yes, I had the source from
the ZShell school, and no, I didn't distribute it.)
