Re: ti-86
Is the TI-86 slower even when its memory is near empty, or just when there are
a lot variables stored?

I recently used a TI-86 loaner from TI. Results of interest:
Table feature and text drawing are good additions.
Programming is not 100% compatible with TI85. One reason: some order of
operations changes.
One big disappointment: programs run about 30% slower on the 86, as compared
to the 85 (i.e., the 86 will be about 70% finished with its task in the time
the 85 finishes it). Has anyone noticed this?
