86 Asm

Ok, this is probably a stupid question, but please answer
politely. I just got Graphlink-86, and I need to know how to send Asm
progs to the calc.  The ones I DLed from TI-Calc come with several files,
with extensions 86P, H, DOC, and ASM.  Do I need some sort of compiler,
and if so where can I get one for the Mac?  If not, which files to I send
to the calc and what do I do with them once they are there?  Thanks.
