I finally cajoled one of the Pam and Tommy requesters into remembering
where he discovered that the list address is a source for this.  He gave
me the following URL:

Apparently, this was originally a spam sent to this list, and people are
searching the web and finding it in the calc-ti archive.  I recommend
that all instances referring to this tape be deleted from the archive,
and maybe these messages will stop.
