If you haven't seen an explanation for this phenomenon that sounds so
good yet, here it is.

Take out a calculator and see how many people would have to join in,
and assume they do it all correctly.

after a  few rounds in the list you need more than the world's current
population :-).

And that's why only the first one or two actually get something. If
you have unlimited people, and everbody does exactly as it is written,
everybody is going to be rich... eventually. However, you can not have
an unlimited number of people. ie: this don't werk, and if you aren't
smart enough to see why, now you do. It does sound good, I knows :-).
