TI-92 Backups

I recently downloaded a copy of MK92 from ticalc.org this file was in the form
of a
backup.  I tried to put it on my calculator by using my link but it would not
let me I
kept on getting the error message that the Backup is a different version than
the
calculator.  I hope that this does not happen when Fargo is released because
most likely
 it will be in a backup format.
Also why does it not let you backup your memory onto another 92?
