Your calculator is probably set on auto or exact mode. leave it on auto
and when it gives you that kind of answer and you want a decimal
approximation, hit DIAMOND + ENTER
i had that problem originally when I type log 36...it returned 2ln 6 / ln
10
somtimes you want a exact answer, so..i'm glad about it.
