Um... which calculator? It depends... (but here are all of them, anyway)
On the TI-82 and 83: [Mode][Alpha][S] - note the number - [On] (to exit)
On the TI-85: [2nd][Mode][Alpha][S] - note the number - [On] (to exit)
On the TI-92: [F5][Diamond][(] - note number and date -
[Diamond][Q]
Notes: [(] is left parenthesis... on the TI-8x, pressing [Enter] starts the
self-test, which clears the memory... you must be at the home (main) screen
when doing these... and I didn't include the TI-80 and TI-81 coz if you
*just* got one, you are one _sad_ puppy =)
