TI185: custom menu can I add programs to it?

I have two questions about this calc.
1) Can you add your own conversions to the list of conversions? If so how?
2) I have written some programs on it and want to add them to the menu bar
when I press the CUSTOM menu button. As far as I can see there is no way of
doing this, or am I missing something! If it can be done how!


Finally anyone got any recommendations on good books on the TI185. I dont
find the manual that useful


BTW I like the TI185 a lot. After a number of years of using Casio calcs
its great to return to a real calc with a decent user interface!
