PLEASE HELP!!! My $4 link won't work!!!

Can anyone help?  My $4 link won't work with my TI-83.  I was told
that I needed to get "ThriftyLink" in order for it to work, but I
can't find ThriftyLink anywhere.  If anyone has a copy of this
program, knows where I can get one, or knows another program to link
to the 83,  PLEASE email me or post a follow up article!!!!
