Well, I'm not too sure about the technical characteristics of it, but I
had a chess cartridge for my ATARI. No, not the computer, but that dinky
little video game system. And it played by the rules. Of course, I don't
know if this system was more primitive than the ZX81, so someone more
knowledgeable on them will have to say declare whether it gets the
prize.
