Program the TI

I am interested in programming for the TI, but the docs on the web page
were very confusing.  I am an somewhat experienced IBM program if that
means anything..  If anyone has the time to explain to me how to do this,
or has any other web pages or such that show you how, i would be most
appriacitive!  Also, since my e-mail can't support the mailling list,
