Many of our grandfathers and fathers also fought against the
Italians, Germans, Polish, Austrians, Turks and Arabs.  Should
we hate them all?

If we go back a few more generations we can also include the
English, French, Spanish, Yankees, Confederates, Cubans,
Phillipines, Chinese, Portuguese, etc.  Hey, let's hate everybody!
