Fargo is the "shell" for the TI-92 that allows you to run assembly programs.
Its function (in essence to the user) is similar to what Ash/CrASH is to the
TI-82 and ZShell/Usgard is to the TI-85.

Yes, the TI-89 and TI-92 Plus both have built-in assembly support. On both
of those calculators, you will want to use either the PlusShell or Doors OS
"shell".
