No, it isn't a port. Some time ago I had read a text about how to 
access the ports directly and I knew that sound is possible in this
way. But after all I implemented it a little more "pofessional", ie.
The sound routine of my library works with frequencies in Hz and
durations in ms. As far as I know, soundlib for Fargo 0.1.x had some
more difficult to handle arguments.
