I have a couple of books on my shelf, but a quick net-search for them
would indicate
that they're out of print...boo-hoo! I'll at least give you the titles
and ISBNs:

Title: 68000 Assembly Language Programming, 2nd ed.
Authors: Leventhal, Hawkins, Kane and Cramer
Publisher: Osborne McGraw-Hill
Date: 1986
ISBN: 0-07-881232-1

Title: Programming the 68000
Author: Steve Williams
Publisher: Sybex
Date: 1985
ISBN: 0-89599-133-0 (back cover says: 0-89588-133-0)

After quickly checking a few other publisher's web-sites, nothing turned
up for any
processor in the 68000 family. Perhaps your only recourse (at least
your immediate
one) is to download the Adobe Acrobat .pdf manual directly from
Motorola. Here's
the link to the user manual (1.0M bytes) --

http://www.mot.com/hpesd/cgi-bin/byteserver.pl/SPS/HPESD/aesop/680X0/000/68000UM.pdf

and here is the link to the user manual addendum (39K bytes)

Good Luck!
