    I had the same problem with my 92's link port so I opened it up and
soldered 3 wires to the board where the link port connected to the main
board.  then I ran the wires out so that they came out of that opeing
for the view screen adapter.  I then adjusted my parralel port link to
just clip on to the 3 wires.  Its been working great for me.  If you do
do this becarefull soldering you could damage your 92 if you over heat
the board while soldering.
