To all programmers

You could include in your Fargo programs. It is an exception catcher and a
little 'SYSTEM STABILIZER'. It isn't a TSR, every program have to REGISTER
it at the start. I use PASLIB with Fargo Pascal 0.8.13, and it works
wonderful with it. I think I'll offer a CRASH CATCHER library. It also can
free the memory, when the program crashs!
