		Hello, 

I released the ALPHA 3 version of FARGO PROGRAM EDITOR !

The ALPHA3 features are :
- Fix some bugs & some other changes
- Add the User Files
- Add the 'install_fr.txt' file
- Add Convert.txt and Fargo.txt in the Fargo Files menu.
- Support of command line
- Support of Drag Drop from the Explorator
- Save window position for next session
