A92: tios::MenuPopup default values?

A92: tios::MenuPopup default values?
I know that the tios::MenuPopup function returns your choice in d0 (or 0 if
you pressed ESC), but where do I set it's initial value? Also, what's the
easiest way to program the structure (assuming it's dynamic)? Allocating a
memory block? LINK:ing the stack with a6?
