A92: Fargo relocation process

I am rtuly sorry but i cannot figure out what fargo does as a relocation
process... 
It seems that fargo relocates the program each time it is launched... 
Is this true ? If so, could you explain why... 
Moreover, could you tell me what is wrong: the relocation table ( in the
fargo header ) points to "things" to be relocated... Are these "things" the
labels or are they choosen more or less at random to make the relocation
process easier ?
