Fterm's main point is what you make of it. All it does is send and recieve
bytes through the link port which can either be received by another
calculator on the other end, or can go through the graph-link cable to any
standard serial device at 9600 baud, no parity.


I have used my 92 as a serial terminal hooked up to my computer
running NetBSD, but I think hooking it up to a TNC is an excellent idea!
You could have a functional mobile packet station that runs on batteries
and fits in a gadget bag!


Hmm.. maybe I should get into packet radio... :)
