Not yet.  Kylix, which is in fact Delphi for both Windows and Linux, is
supposed to be released in a year or so.  But anyway, you would have to port
it yourself; I'm sticking with Windows.

However (probably until soon) the TI-GCC for Linux cannot access TIOS
functions which return a value.
