I'd say it's a smaller number problebly around the 70% or we'd not have such
a need for constant new jails but that's not the point. We dont need to
control ourselves, it's our perogative to click download. Dont send cable Tv
into my house and tell me not to watch it. And If you do.. dont bet a damn
dime that your words would go past your mouth.
