RE: A89: Me distributing roms.
That's called misreading by your browser =] Lets say you click download
something and you save as and it starts downloading, well lets say it's
gotten 15 k before it says how fast, it is going to average it out and then
become correct, I've gotten browsers to say I get 600 gig/s before but the
sad fact is, It aint happening
