nope man.  not everything put up for free on a website is public domain. in
fact, usually it isnt.  if it doesnt specifically say: "public domain" it
isnt.  ti retains all copyrights to the roms, the files, etc.
they CAN say they dont want anyone to mirror them, and it is legally
binding.
