I suppose its possible. I dont think that an irrational number in decimal has
to be irrational in anything else... or it may be a regularly irrational
number (like 0.01001000100001.....). But this still leaves it hard to find
any decimal digit, since you would have to use this to find all the digits
before the one you want, then convert all that into decimal. Happy number
crunching:-)
