Alright, i am pissed. I am fairly savvy with the 82-83-85 and 86, so i
figured, why the hell not, i'll buy an 89...

ARGHHHHH

i have hardware version 2.00, AMS 1.05, 06/02/1999

but i can't get a damn shell/kernel to work! Almost everything i do
after installing a kernel causes the calc to freeze, nothing except 2nd,
{diamond}, {shift}, and alpha seem to make the calculator do anything,
so i have to reset it and try again just be have it freeze again after i
install another shell.

apparently these things were far more complicated than i anticipated...
i have heard about a possible "fix" through using AMS 1.00, where can i
find that?

don't make fun of me, my ignorance has been painful enough.
