If the ROM table is no longer located at $200, why do all LexOS calles to
functions like HeapAlloc(), ST_helpMsg(), SymFindFirst(), SymFindNext(),
ngetchx(), etc... still work. This thing even runs the HelloWorld program
that comes with Plusshell and that requires a library (file access). That is
enough proof for me.
