Goto http://h4X0r.cjb.net and find a link for the french app somewhere
underneath a picture of the mode screen and download that archive. That
archive has a much better readme and will help you install the french app.
Please note that you need to have installed the new Graphlink program and
AMS 2.01 for it to work. Finally the program you are trying to install is
useless, do not try to install it.
