A89: AMS 2.00 and VTI 2.5 Beta 4

The current file that AMS 2.00 is not a *.tib file so it will not be emulated on VTI that way.  Also since the current crop of ASM progs are incompatible, you cannot use the built in ROM Dumping program either.  So until someone gets ASM working we're stuck without emulation.  (Or we can wait for TI to release their SDKs)
