A89: Re: our own OS? possible or not




    Well, actually the extra acrhive space would otherwise be quite
unnessessary if not for the programmers and gamers so Ti isn't dumb, they
know most people are students, but why would they cut out on the profeits of
those who see it as a gameboy you can play with in class ? =P

    The problem with flashed apps is that a bug in them could be rather
devistating. What if a bug caused the calculator to crash whenever you used
the 2nd key or something wierd. If it's asm.,. IT CAN HAPPEN. Games and apps
would  have to be as tested and stable as tetris currently is or it's just
playing russian roulette with your calc.

    And last =P, the 89 doesn't have the icons because the 92's screen has
the extra space for the cosmetics.
