Because when ticalc.org put up v0.19 Beta on May 5th (3 days ago), the
author never intended for it to be public. A few people posted comments
about this on that news article, but they seem to go unnoticed by the
ticalc.org staff. Now on May 8th, the staff has finally realized this and
put v0.18 Beta back up. But they even changed the date on the news article
on the front page to say May 8th, even though it still says "v0.19 Beta". :)
How's that for rewriting history?
