so, I just downloaded this new winOS thing from ticalc.org, and it says it
requires the flash rom version 2.00 right?  well, i went to the TI web site
and I couldn't find where to download it.  could someone PLEASE post the url
of where the new rom can be downloaded?? thanks a BUNCH!

it's wierd though, because under the version 2.00 paragraph, it says
"Available fall 1999"  what???  so is it out yet or what?  how do I get it?
