well it might be because of bad code, and probably is.... but one quick fix 
that might work; which worked for me a few times after countless nights of 
debugging/rewriting:

try rebooting your computer.  simple as that.  i think there is something 
wrong with the assembler that comes with plusshell, and maybe doors (though i 
don't use the doors one).  i think i got a line 1111 emulator error or 
something.  hope this helps.
