Yes, that was the paragraph. What else might they mean by "code"?
I just thought they probably would not mind because they have the current
ROM versions of those calculators for free at their website, and they just
took the old versions down because it would confuse people to have two
versions. I can see why they would still be upset about other calculators'
ROMs being distributed, such as 83 (original), 85, 86, etc. And, in the user
agreement on their download site, it doesn't say that you can't redistribute
the ROM. Obviously, no mention does not mean it is allowed, but it probably
indicates they won't be very strict about it.

They said "Flash code" not "ROM"... and to go to third-party web sites for
more _information_ and not to necessarily _download_ it.
I know I am being picky, but I find it hard to believe that TI would all of
a sudden just not care if people are distributing ROMs of their calculators
over the net.
