Applications created with the SDK are not like normal ASM programs - they're
stored in the Flash ROM and not deleted on reset (we already knew that =)
But those programs will ONLY run if they're TI-certified, meaning that you
send the program to TI and they do something to it so it'll run.  Because of
this, you can't test them on a calculator - so they GAVE us an emulator!
They *know* that I don't own a TI-83+, and they STILL gave me an emulator =)
