What is the best way to disable auto int 2?  Right now I have it pointing to a routine that just returns, but is there a simpler way?  Also, can I use auto int 2 for grayscale?  All the routines I have seen have been for auto int 1, but I want to take advantage of the getkey built into auto-int 1.  Any answers would be terrific.
