In a perfect world, yes.  However most people don't have access to a
command line host.  Also, for each outside system that you add to the mix
the possibility for errors goes up 10x and the probability of confusion
goes up 100x.  You have an emulator running on a calculator thats hooked up
to a command line host through an ISP.  Besides, if you've already
connected to a standard ISP -- not a command line host -- then you've
already programed the hard part.  Programing a browser for TCML or even
HTML 1.0 wouldn't be any harder then programing a vt-100 emulator.  However
the on-calc browser would probably -- hopefuly -- allow you to better
display web pages then a vt-100 emulator program.  If you've ever used the
telnet for earlier calcs you would really appreciate this.
