You can get the ROM file in TI's flash upgrade program.  Open flash89.exe
(or whatever the filename is) in a program like Winzip and just extract the
*.tib file.  I suggest renaming it to ti89.rom so that you know what the
file is in the future if you look at it.  Put it in the same directory as
the emulator.
