A89: gettin' started

Ok, I'm totally new to the 89, but I do know z80 assembly and program
for the 86.  I figured that watching this list would help me learn 68k
for the 89, but all it's done is confuse me.  Could someone point me to
some tutorials for the 89? (i can't seem to find any good ones)

also, would someone explain this whole Library thing to me?  What are
they, just include files?  Or do they actually contain code?

And I've gotta say I have a great respect for anyone that can read and
understand the apparently meaningless mnemonics I'm seeing... z80
instructions are easy, but 68k looks like it was invented by some
vicious demon...
