Re: A89: For christs sake

I am not taking any sides here or calling anyone a liar, but i find it
mildly hard to believe that TI would prepare stores to sell the new
version without putting it up on the internet first. If i were to be in
the position of TI, i would want to expose it to the people who would
download it who would most likely already be comfortable with the 89 and
would respond to bugs more appropriately. If TI possibly screwed up
something serious (as any new software has the potential), it wouldn't
make sense to submit it to a fresh new audience first, who would then
return their calcs, and or complain to TI directly and cause a
adequately large PR problem. All we would do is email them and revert to
1.05.

my thoughts again, even though no one asked.
