A89: For christs sake

I don't mean to suddenly impose myself as a know it all god, as i
obviously do not post to this list often, i merely subscribe to it
because i have an 89 and i know x86 like the back of my hand and am just
interested, but this whole AMS thing has really caught my interest.

First off, why in all hell are all of you getting all up in a frenzy
about something that isn't released yet. And to top that off TI denies
any responsibility for AMS 2.01 at all, give them a break, maybe the 8 k
limit was to beta test the version to make bug testing easier (don't
flame me for that one, i am just stating the possibility). Secondly, for
you to be giving TI a hard time about something you weren't even
supposed to have is just immature. Just stop and think a second and
realize how irritating it would be if you let a couple people beta test
your software and all of a sudden you got a barrage of irate emails by
people who want to know why your program is not fully functional. I
would think that seeing as how most of you are most likely programmers
that you would wait until an official release before griping because as
most of you should know, nobody really knows the full capabalities of
software until it is finished.

What i find particularly humourous (and if i was TI, particularly
irritating) is that someone found a lousy version of AMS 2.whatever on
some french guys site and all of a sudden it is TI's fault that it
sucks. I found this endlessly entertaining and a ridiculous display of
how immature some of you are. For all you know it could have been just a
cracked up version by some kiddy with a disassembler and a hex editor
(i'm not saying i think it was, i am just saying it might as well have
been). How many of you would complain to a software company if a certain
(h)(cr)ack didn't work well?

Sorry if i sound the slightest bit ignorant here but i am actually
laughing at the irritation i have at this topic. Give it a rest until
there is something real to complain about.
