That's the Programmer's Manual. It contains everything about all
software aspects of all chips in the 68k family *except* instruction
execution times. You need the relevant chip's User's Manual for those.
The reason is that different chips execute the same insn in different
times (sometimes *very* different). Therefore, all timing info is kept
with the chip-specific manual (usually ending with UM/AD).
