boy i tell ya...  first there are the people that try to unsubscribe merely 
by not having the right address...so we tell them to at least ask us how to 
get off of the list...so this guy does.  he tells us (you) that you're 
sending junk mail...he has a right to complain.  some of it is junk, i 
manage to weed through it...still it's his opinion.

anyway, what i'm trying to say is, what's wrong with asking how to get off 
the list after hearing complaints about how it's bothersome not to be asked? 
  i mean, kaus, why ripp him apart?  *L*

what kind of policy is that?
