Can anyone get Proshell to work? (yes, proshell;not plusshell)

It mentions that it only works with an old version of the util library.  I
tried converting it with convert.bat, but it returns an error.

Apparently the author thinks that the old version of the library is better,
but I don't know anyone who still uses it.  Another one of his releases was
for the old version too.

BTW, MegaCar rules, except that I had to convert that program too!!! ARRGGHH!!
