first, extract the plusshell program into the c:\plusshell directory.

then go into the dos prompt and get into that directory

then type
call c:\plusshell\setps c:\plusshell

after you do that, you can use the convert <filename without extension> command.

there's also another way to simplify things, but i won't go into it.
